YVT Consultancy developed the concept, experience design, and strategic framework for AlUla’s first homegrown IP, Five Senses Sanctuary, overseeing its full execution across two consecutive editions. The event redefined wellness in the Kingdom, positioning it as a key tourism vertical while using AlUla’s natural landscape as a stunning backdrop. The initiative also fostered community and capacity-building through the launch of the Five Senses Sanctuary Academy, amplifying the IP’s cultural, social, and economic impact on the local economy. Overview
The Five Senses Sanctuary, part of AlUla Moments, is a wellness and cultural initiative celebrating the connection between body, mind, and nature through immersive experiences. YVT Consultancy was tasked with developing the festival concept, experience design, and strategic framework for two consecutive editions. The aim was to position the Sanctuary as both a commercial IP and a sustainable cultural asset that integrates wellness, creativity, and local engagement.

Outcome
The project delivered a holistic festival model that became a cornerstone of AlUla’s cultural programming. YVT Consultancy developed a three-year strategic plan and activation framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across editions. The Sanctuary achieved wide recognition for its innovative design and received multiple international awards. Through close collaboration with partners, YVT Consultancy integrated Saudi talent, retail activations, and experiential storytelling, creating a multi-sensory environment that elevated AlUla’s cultural and commercial profile while establishing a long-term operational model for continued success.
