Do you handle tactical execution, like running campaigns or managing social media?
Our focus is on providing the strategic foundation and connecting clients with the right partners and internal teams to deliver. We support implementation alongside our clients and their chosen suppliers, ensuring the “who, how, and when” are clearly defined.
Do you handle media planning and buying?
We don't purchase media space, negotiate ad placements, or manage advertising budgets. What we do is define the strategy behind those choices - who you need to reach, what story to tell, and how to position it - so your media partners can deliver effectively.
Do you hire subcontractors?
We don't hire subcontractors ourselves, instead we equip clients with a roadmap and trusted connections to execute effectively.
Do you execute PR campaigns?
No, we don't run PR campaigns. What we provide is the strategy - who to connect with, what story to tell, and how to position it - so your PR partners can execute effectively. We also help appoint the PR partner if you don't have one already.
Are you an events company?
No, we’re not. While we design and support cultural programs, festivals, and pavilions, we’re not an events agency. Our role is broader: we focus on strategy, systems, and experiences that last beyond a single event.
Do you handle on-the-ground execution?
We don't take on full tactical delivery. Instead, we create the frameworks, roadmaps, and strategies that guide execution. We also help align the right partners and systems to carry the work forward.
Do you replace in-house teams?
We complement and strengthen in-house teams by giving them clarity, structure, and the tools to deliver. We often work side by side with client teams to build capacity and ensure continuity.
