YVT Consultancy was appointed by the Asian Football Championship to develop a cohesive program plan, including both communication and activation strategies that connected participating nations, amplified women’s participation, and advanced broader social impact goals. The integrated campaign combined strategic marketing, creative storytelling, and experiential programming to empower women in sports and foster inclusive engagement across the region.

Overview
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) is the governing body of football across Asia, overseeing tournaments, development programs, and initiatives that promote the growth of the sport across the continent. Its mission includes nurturing talent, fostering leadership, and advancing inclusion within football. YVT Consultancy supported the AFC by designing a comprehensive program that could be activated to cultivate new leaders and promote women in sports.
