Overview
King Salman Park is a landmark Vision 2030 initiative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, set to become the world’s largest urban park. Envisioned as a model of sustainability and cultural engagement, the park spans over 16 million square meters and integrates green spaces, cultural facilities, and recreational zones. Within this framework, YVT Consultancy was commissioned to develop the Asset and Activation Strategy for the park’s Assets, ensuring that it serves as both an experiential gateway and an operational anchor for the park’s future programming.

Outcome
The project resulted in a comprehensive activation and operational framework that transformed the assets into a dynamic hub for engagement and discovery. YVT Consultancy developed the full Asset and Activation Strategy, including visitor journey mapping, partnership development, and implementation planning. The strategy aligned KSPF’s vision with actionable processes and visitor experience models that promote learning, community participation, and sustainability. Through a collaborative process that integrated strategy, design, and systems thinking, the assets were positioned as the connective interface between the park’s mission and its visitors - bridging narrative, experience, and long-term impact.
